When a series has a special (like a Christmas Special) and it airs months after the series ends or before it begins we sell it as a special and it is not included in the series. If we do include it we note that in the description. So please do not ask where that episode is or show us comemrcial versions that ight include it. If you want it included then buy the commercial version. Normally, if you buy a series it is a special and sold separately.
WHAT IF I SEE SUBTITLES?
We are now trying to include subtitles when available for the hearing impaired. If you see them on the screen they can be turned off from your remote control or the settings menu on your DVD player.
WHY DOES MY TITLE SEARCH NOT PRODUCE RESULTS

WHAT DVD TITLES CAN I REQUEST?
Please do not request movies or ancient tv shows. We put all feature films up as soon as we find them. Feel free to request and recent or fairly recent tv shows from the US, Australia, Canada and foreign language films from European countries. We will do our best to find them. We cannot respond to your request but generally if we find them you will see them on the site the next day. Do not make multiple requests for the same title, if you don't see it in 48 hours on the site we couldn't find it but we continue looking. Also do not request shows that have not finished airing the last episode. We are aware of most titles coming out and will post them as soon as we have them.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping normally takes approximately 5 - 10 business days. It varies based on what you order and your location. For international Orders - processing and shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks. Timing varies based on what country it is being shipped to. We can not be held accountable for international customs delays. So please know what you are getting into BEFORE making a purchase. If an International order is being held by customs. During sales shipping takes longer due to the numerous amounts of orders that come in, so please be patient and understand.
We combine shipping when orders are close together. The additional weight increases the price of the postage. We save on a bubble envelope but it allows us to keep our proces down.
If your shipping address changes please notify us by email or through the contact form. Our ordering and shipping systems are separate so we have to manually make the change.
WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR SALES?
Whenever there is a sale, buyer must type in the discount code during checkout to get the savings. Only one code can be used at a time. (e.g. rewards points codes cannot be used while using a sale code).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A SALE?
If you miss the deadline of a sale, we do NOT extend or reactive the sale. All sales opportunities are on time limits and they expire. There will be plenty of sales in the future.
